Kevin Warntz (SP+)

Kevin Warntz began his career in parking in 2008 as a part-time valet at a Morton’s Steakhouse and has worked in and managed a number of parking operations. His current role of overseeing the City of Charlotte municipal on-street parking program began when it was awarded to SP+ in 2022. Previously he oversaw the Annapolis, Maryland and Howard County, Maryland municipal operations, also for SP+. Prior to joining SP+ he was the Director of Commercial Operations for a start-up parking management company in Portland, Maine and a Senior Account Manager with Towne Park. He has overseen new site openings and equipment installs/upgrades in the Mid-Atlantic, Portland, ME and Kansas City, MO markets. Before transitioning exclusively to municipal parking in 2018, Kevin simultaneously oversaw hotel, hospital, casino valet services and commercial/municipal parking garages. He joined SP+ in 2018 as a Senior Facility Manager in the Annapolis Municipal Parking portfolio. Prior to his career in parking management, Kevin was an IT recruiter.
